For nearly six years, the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (HFPC) tried to find how the rulings in the Constitutional Court were changed. Now the organization has alerted the D.A.'s office of suspicion of a crime committed by Julia Przyłębska. This is about changes in the compositions of judges which, according to HFPC, may have occurred in any cases in violation of the rules.
