JOIN! 13th Warsaw Uprising March - 1 August 2024 at 5 p.m.

On the day of the anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, the Warsaw Uprising March is organized. It will take place on 1 August 2024, at 5 p.m., starting with Rond Roman Dmowski. The way the organizers set was Rondo Romana Dmowski – Aleje Jerozolimskie – Nowy Świat – Krasiński Square. It is welcome to take with you white – red flags or another accent related to the patriotism of participants. The intent of the event is to pay tribute to those who participated in the fighting, in 1944. It will be the 13th March of the Warsaw Uprising in the city.

80 years ago, at the time of W, or 17:00, the Warsaw Uprising broke out. It was aimed at opposing the German troops which occupied the capital of Poland. It was organized by the National Army. The action was called “Burza”.
