This phrase was utilized by communists on all occasion. Most frequently with translations: “Well, possibly we have a somewhat lower standard of surviving – but there is rot there...”
The top Socialist, Tov. Adolf Hitler, utilized it. He found, however, that the decently enraged West, though a small bit overstretched, could rewind and make a deal with the large Millennium Reich – and if he got caught, he could let General George Patton off his leash and make order with the Greater Socialist, Fr. Why didn't he?
That's due to the fact that he didn't want it anymore – and he didn't want it due to the fact that it was rotten...
The morally healthy kingdoms of England and France could have fought the 100 Years' War for up to 110 years – and these rotten ones no longer want!
This Western “suck” has a solid theoretical basis. Already our Wieszcz, the late Zygmunt hr. Krasiński put the words in the mouth of the Communist:
"Inherited all, in 1 moment,
When the lions are together, you will see, they were beating.”
While people surviving in abundance like to remainder alternatively than fight. The only thing they can do is increase wealth.
If the large Trinity of Progressives: Lenin, Hitler and Stalin – lived to live to this day, she would find that they don't even want it today: wealth is being thrown out of the windows at an astounding pace: to fight Global Warming, to advance sex Equality and another nonsense desires. Now, as they were a small annoyed by Vladimir Putin, they began to gather together – but highly reluctantly. Why?

The problem is, that's how the Elite ellipse worked in average countries. People surviving in social welfare have wealth that no 1 always dreamed of. The French aristocracy a 4th of a millennium ago was repaired, replaced by bourgeoisie, and downstairs was Hungry L*d. present L*d is not hungry – so there is no 1 to replace the rotten Ruler Class. Epstein greatly pierced the Marquis de Sade – the problem is that Simple L*d itself does not head a small perversion of all. A small bit more to the pedophilia (because the children are little, so they are Treasure) – but incest, homosexuality and another deviations from normality no longer rise healthy outrage and desire to cut off from this rot.

That's why you import Healthy L*d from outside our civilization, which has already reached its end. If we don't have our own Mass of Hungry, we gotta bring them in. Otherwise, everything will rot.
If present we fishy our elite of a conspiracy, of creating Deep State, having any unknown goals – it is simply a beautiful good hypothesis that they know all this! They know – and they are saving civilization! due to the fact that if we were to separate ourselves from the mediocre Hungry, we would all die out – like mice in the experience of late John B. Calhoun. Our metro and atomic power stations would grow weeds, followed by any Eloje, whose robots would give elaborate dishes in any amount. There would be no Morlots to replace the Elojs – so you gotta bring Morlots!
And the same thing will happen to the Roman Empire. erstwhile the Romans were so disgustingly rich that they built aqueducts, and in all provincial city any Colosseum – the Barbarians came, slaughtered... but culture and civilization survived!
Imagine that not in the V or VI – but already in the 3rd century the elite of Rome (who would know the theories of Paretto) saw that Rome was rotting, that even the simple L*d did not want to fight anymore, but demanded Bread and Games. And Deep State men, armed with this knowledge, decide not to wait until Rome collapses due to its own iniquities—and they already import various Gallos, Germanes, Asians and Negroes from Africa—in the belief that they will be trained a little—as, without trying, Polpota—and they will slaughter and replace this rotten society. There will be no more Whites – but Civilization will survive!
