There's an Amber Gold conviction. Decision of the Court of First Instance amended

The Warsaw Court of Appeal dismissed a group suit of nearly 200 Amber Gold clients. In this way, the judgement of the court of first instance, which in 2022 judged erstwhile customers of the company over PLN 20 million from the State Treasury, was amended.
