There is simply a request for the Sejm to force the Ziobra to meet the Pegasus committee

Attorney General Adam Bodnar informed that he had forwarded to the talker of the Sejm a request for approval to detain and forced Zbigniew Ziobra to meet the Sejm's Pegasus committee of inquiry. "Ziobro is not above the law," Bodnar stressed.
