Jerzy Kwasniewski Ordo Iuris: Concrete plans for the breakthrough year in the conflict for Poland!

In a fewer weeks, a series of government blows into natural law and civilian rights and freedoms took place. The Censorship Act on "Speak of Hate" was passed at first reading a fewer days before Christmas Eve. The government has released a law on "partner unions" which will be sent to the Sejm in the coming weeks. With the end of 2024, the Hungarian Presidency of the European Union ended, blocking further steps in the revision procedure of the EU Treaties. Many announcements indicate that the beginning Polish Presidency in the EU will be an chance for Donald Tusk to return to the task "Imperium Europe", which means taking Poland's sovereignty in at least 10 key areas – with defence, immigration, education and life defence at the forefront.

In parallel, we must besides be ready to monitor the work of the UN agenda more closely. For 2025 we are besides planning to open a long-standing task of cooperation with a network of local leaders and to implement effective working methods of Ordo Iuris at local civic activity level. Thanks to the merger of Ordo Iuris with the Center for Life and Family, we are ready to respond to appeals, addressed to us in surveys and during private meetings, where we have frequently heard that Ordo Iuris should grow its local activity and initiate projects supporting the formation of a young generation.

For the members of the local leaders' programme, we will supply the essential training as well as analytical and legal support for our experts so that justice can argue local agreements and groups.

Immediately after winter holidays, we will announce a nationwide competition for young leaders of local communities, offering the best connection to our network of “Ordo Iuris ambassadors”. Throughout the year, the formation work of Ordo Iuris and the Life and household Centre will be carried out at youth festivals throughout Poland, where our shelter will be visited with a program of meetings, lectures and discussions.

Together with our partners, in April we will open a formation club in Warsaw, which is simply a place of meetings, debate, discussion and joint work for the Homeland.

We already see that 2025 is besides a challenge... for the safety of Ordo Iuris himself. extremist government politicians and slow journalists openly admit that they are dreaming of... Ordo Iuris delegates! There are besides further attempts to deprive us of the Warsaw office (I will compose a small more about it soon).

This year may decide the independency of the Polish State

In 2024 we took a number of actions to defend Polish sovereignty. We have published a study "Why do we request sovereignty?" showing the real effects of the proposed changes to the EU treaties. I personally visited respective twelve cities across Poland, making Poles aware of the scale of the threat. We talked about it to our partners in Europe and the United States. We even reached the people of president Donald Trump's staff.

Together with the largest American conservative think-tanks – The Heritage Foudation and Alliance defence Freedom – and with our ally from Hungary – the Centre for Fundamental Rights – we created a global Coalition Against sex Ideology. The effects of coordinating our efforts will shortly be widely known.

Following the blow, in 2025 we begin building Citizens Against Global Governance – a global network of lawyers and analysts of global law, ready to jointly monitor and intervene anywhere where global organizations are exceeding their competence and usurp themselves with expanding powers to execute "global governance".

We are besides constantly developing Ordo Iuris global – our US-registered foundation, in which our representatives can influence the UN's ongoing work in fresh York and Washington.

Through global cooperation, in the coming weeks we will print a large English-language study on the future of the European Union, in which, in cooperation with our abroad partners, we will present our own proposal to improvement the EU treaties, which will contribute to strengthening the EU while maintaining a advanced level of independency and sovereignty of the associate States.

We besides have a mission to block the attack on sovereignty, hidden in the planet wellness Organization's anti-pandemic treaty. Last year we succeeded in breaking the negotiations and in making many affirmative changes in its text. This year there will be a final fight for national sovereignty.

Prior to Christmas, the Sejm voted in its first reading the draft Censorial Act prohibiting “hate speech” due, inter alia, to sex and sexual orientation. This year, the bill will go to the session of parliamentary committees.

At the same time, freedom of expression is intended to restrict European Union officials. The European Parliament adopted a motion for a resolution on the inclusion of a "loath speech" in the catalogue of European crimes which are mandatory in all EU countries. We must block this dangerous initiative!

We will proceed to defend the victims of ideological censorship. In January, the first conviction may be passed in a trial in which lawyers of Ordo Iuris represent before the court of Mr Adam from Warsaw – a computer scientist who was released from the IT corp for opposition to forcing employees to participate in the Parade of Equality. We are besides facing a further continuation of the trial of Fr. prof. Tadeusz Guz, who was accused of "calling to hatred" and is facing punishment for the content of the technological lecture six years ago.

We will monitor Parliament's work and respond to all attack on life, matrimony and family. We must be ready to resume the legislative process of the pro-abortion laws and the "partner unions" Act which the government presented last year. We will participate in the legislative process of these laws and will not remainder in exerting force on Members and Senators, and in the event of accepting any of them, besides on president Andrzej Duda.

We will bring illegal government abortion guidelines from last year before the Constitutional Tribunal, in which the rulers wanted to force on Polish doctors the killing of children conceived under the appearance of a danger to the intellectual wellness of mothers. Before Christmas, we had submitted 212,000 signatures to the Marshal of the Sejm under a bill that would force net providers to block pornographic websites without providing a real verification of the age of their users. A minute later, the Ministry of Digitalism announced its bill, which gives hope that this year there will actually be a historical breakthrough in defending our children from the epidemic of pornography addictions. We will push the government and look at their hands so that we can take this crucial step for the full society together.

I believe that this year, our bill will besides be discussed in the Sejm, which prohibits the irretrievably mutilation of Polish children as part of alleged transition.

In fresh years, we have seen a increasing wave of hatred for Christians. In the study we submit to the Organisation for safety and Cooperation in Europe, we note more crimes each year motivated by hatred of Christians. So we must be ready for this in 2025. During the year, we organized meetings with experts of the Ordo Iuris Institute in almost 50 cities and towns across Poland. On each of them there were respective twelve – and sometimes even 200 or 300 – people.

When talking to leaders of local communities throughout Poland, we saw that it was impossible to truly influence the surrounding reality by acting only in Warsaw and internationally. Many of them asked us for help, admitting that they request legal and substantive assistance in the fight against local agreements and radically politicised local governments.

Already in many cities in Poland, we cooperate with lawyers and legal advisers, providing legal assistance to local defenders of life, household and freedom and to patriots persecuted for their allegiance to their values and their homeland.

We're taking another step this year. In the spring, we will launch a programme of local leaders of Ordo Iuris, in which we will work together with all social communities, providing them with assistance in obtaining and analysing financial and legal papers from local authorities, organising assemblies and civic resolution initiatives of municipalities and defending citizens' rights in clash with local authorities or parents' rights in circumstantial local schools. We will offer formation programs, focused on the protection of life, freedom, family, as well as training with the ability to influence local politics. We will supply local leaders, the "ambassadors of Ordo Iuris", with the essential analyses and expertise.

As promised last year, in 2024 we conducted pilot visits to Catholic youth festivals, proving that this is the perfect way to work formation with young people and to get young people to service the Homeland. This year we want to be present at subsequent festivals, where the peculiar shelter of Ordo Iuris and the Center of Life and household will appear.

We are besides planning a competition for young local leaders, in which we will separate and reward advanced school students and students for their achievements and social activity. The winners of the competition will meet together at the summertime School of Ordo Iuris, which will initiate the establishment of the Ordo Iuris Young Leaders Program, connecting with our internship program and the programme of local leaders I mentioned earlier.

As you can see, we have ambitious but clearly defined plans for the improvement of our actions in defence of life, freedom, families and sovereignty at local level and in contact with young people. Without implementing these elements into our activities, we could not number on lasting influence on the Homeland!

The success of all our plans will depend primarily on 1 thing – whether we can rise the funds essential to finance these ambitious projects.

In the beginning of the year, we must be ready for the most hard challenges and peculiar attacks. If this year's presidential election in Poland is won by Rafał Trzaskowski, I have no uncertainty that the fight of the sex revolution and the civilization of death will start in full. All extremist projects, halted during the campaign, will return with double force.

The final fight for Polish sovereignty will besides begin, and Donald Tusk's government will direct its strong arm to all social organizations, courageously standing in defence of life, household and freedom – especially the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Center of Life and Family, which were on the celebrated "black list of Sienkiewicz" almost a year ago.

Today, therefore, we must safe in our budget the resources that will let us to proceed and make our work without constant fear of the future. It will only be possible with the support of people like you.
