Jermak: We are ready for constructive talks with Russia

Jermak stressed that Kiev expected Russia to present a memorandum on the peace agreement before 2 June. "Ukraine is ready to take part in the next meeting, but we want to have constructive discussions," said the president of Ukraine's cabinet chief and added that it is crucial for Kiev to receive this document, and Russia has "sufficient time" to do so.
