You published the book “Twenty years in the Union. Membership balance’. That's the balance, due to the fact that Polish public opinion in the vast majority is convinced of the benefits of our membership.
– Politicians and ignorant journalists as a balance sheet of Poland's membership of the European Union present on the 1 hand all EU grants received by Poland and on the another hand the Polish contribution. During these 20 years, it comes out about as if Poland paid 1 PLN and received 3 PLN. Unfortunately, it is only 1 possible balance sheet and it is of small importance. The balance of grants and contributions on a multiannual scale is only 2% of Polish GDP. It is not money that could be crucial for economical development. Moreover, it is harmful money for various reasons. Firstly, they make additional unnecessary costs both during the spending of this money and subsequent maintenance of built facilities. Secondly, they are a kind of harmful state interventionism, according to the false regulation that an authoritative knows better than the owner what to spend his money on. Thirdly, they are utilized to blackmail the European Commission, which has frequently been seen in the case of both the Government of the Law and the Government of Viktor Orban. In my book, however, I present a number of balance sheets concerning various areas of economy, public finances or emigration: the balance of trade in goods and services, the balance of investments, the issue of dependence on abroad capital and transfers of money abroad by abroad companies or losses related to the emigration of Poles. However, the most crucial is the balance sheet, which shows, on the 1 hand, the benefits for Poland from the common marketplace and, on the another hand, the losses associated with the request to implement EU regulations.
Or is it that there are any benefits to our membership in the first 10 to 15 years, but now this time is over due to the fact that the EU has already become a de facto bureaucratic pier, encroaching on initiative and freedom?
"The European Union was a bureaucratic pier already in 2004, erstwhile we joined it. But indeed, as Brussels gradually interferes with the economy through newer and more absurd strategies, plans and regulations, the situation is deteriorating year by year. specified a very damaging example is the introduction of the ETS, which is simply a mandatory acquisition of carbon dioxide mission permits. On the another hand, a steep deterioration will happen as a climate-imposed policy of the European Green Deal is implemented. At this point, we can be certain that the profits from membership are little than the benefits. I am referring to financial gains, but there are inactive things that cannot be counted so easy – concerning the failure of freedom of choice and freedom in general. It is all about these Green Deal regulations prohibiting combustion cars (this regulation itself could be a adequate pretext for Polexit), fossil fuel boilers, gas stoves, forcing unnecessary renovations of almost all homes. And we inactive have climate taxes on cars, agriculture or home heating – the alleged ETS 2.
Where do you think the utmost dogma of Brussels comes from on the question of the alleged Green Revolution. It's crazy at first glance. If so, why the determination?
– It is crucial to realise that politicians who are on the candlestick – and those in the European Union and those in the associate States – are just puppets. They do what they feel – through lobbyists and corruption – actual rulers. In my book, I have distinguished 4 groups that truly regulation the European Union. Firstly, multinationals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals or food industries etc. Secondly, global financial institutions which, under the pretext of fighting terrorism, lead to an expanding surveillance of law-abiding citizens or to a regulation of freedom of cash. Thirdly, these are peculiar services of serious EU countries, specified as Germany and France, which are specifically for the benefit of their countries. Fourthly, the peculiar services of serious non-EU countries, specified as Russia, the USA, China, Israel and even arabian states. As a result, within the European Union, lobbyists with Eurocrats are incoherent – everyone drags the line to their side and tries to play something for their powers. We're witnessing a conflict between these business groups. The actions of all these forces penetrate EU policies, and due to the fact that their interests are frequently contradictory, frequently EU regulations are besides contradictory. For example, 1 recipe forces people to install heat pumps, and then the second 1 wants to ban fluorinated gases without which the heat pump cannot function. And it's not about any dogmatism, it's about thick business, like trading carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that's being handled under the convenient pretext of climatism, which people have managed to convince with long-term propaganda and they yet believe.
Currently, about 20% of Poles would be willing to consider leaving the EU as good for Poland. Is that a lot or a little?
– In my opinion, this is very little, but this is the consequence of this very long-standing propaganda that has been injected into people's brains day by day for about 30 years. Even in the 1990s, the gap in prosperity between Western Europe and Poland was so large that almost everyone wanted it to be like in the West. Pre-reference propaganda confirmed that shortly – in 10 years and up to 15 years – after we entered the Union, we will be as rich as they are. And if they quit the grant money, it'll be paradise. Nothing of course happened – in 2021 Warsaw Enterprise Institute experts predicted that Poland could catch up with the Germans in... 34 years, and the increase in prosperity in Poland is not due to EU subsidies or even more regulation, but only to hard work of Poles. To any extent, it helped to access the common marketplace for Polish companies. The propaganda of Leszek Miller's government besides threatened the EU's Poles with the chance to work for the well-being of Western societies after the anszlus. Unfortunately, it did. More than 2 million Poles went to work, who, alternatively of building the wealth of Poland, work for abroad prosperity.
On the another hand, the antidote to all these "information actions" and another lies from Polish and EU politicians and officials and its apologists is to be the ActionEvacuementZeu campaign, which aims to reduce Poles' support for the Union from about 80% to no more than 50% in 5 years. And my book gives concrete arguments to convince the undecided that the European Union is leading us to the brink of a financial abyss, to take distant our freedom and any prosperity that we have developed over the 3 and a half decades that have passed since the alleged systemic transformation. On the streets, we see that this has already been understood by farmers who have not directed their protest against the Polish government and the European Union and its Green Deal. Let me add that in my book I analyse and compare the situation of farmers before membership and now. For example, to buy a tractor, in 2004, the farmer had to sale 13.2 tons of pigs, and in 2022 – already 48.7 tons of pigs! This means a price increase of 269%! This is no different for milk. To buy a tractor, in 2004, the farmer had to sale 63.6 1000 litres of milk, and in 2022 – 142 1000 litres of milk, or 123 percent more. Let us remember that it was farmers who received the most subsidies from Brussels and according to propaganda that they were to be the biggest wins of Poland's membership of the Union. In the meantime, the effect is deplorable. The number of farms is decreasing at an alarming rate, and according to GUS data, the share of agricultural gross value added in Poland's GDP fell from 3.3% in 2004 to 2.8% in 2022.
Do you think that the forthcoming elections to the European Parliament can be groundbreaking, or is there a chance that the Ursula von der Leyen squad and the European Commission's policy change would be dismissed? And what can happen if that doesn't happen?
– I believe that the elections to the European Parliament will not change anything fundamental. Like I said, Eurocrats are nothing but puppets. The European Union is consistently and methodically moving towards the construction of a centralised superstate and no elections will change anything in this regard. There will be no Ursuli von der Leyen, it will be another Timmermans, Van Rompuy or individual else who will consistently implement the same German waltz policy. According to the calculations of the French Rousseau Institute for achieving the alleged climate neutrality, Poland is expected to waste 13.6 percent of GDP per year by 2050. This is 2.4 trillion euros, or over 10 trillion zlotys. This amount is almost 10 times higher than the value of all EU grants to Poland, which for the full 20 years amounted to just over PLN 1 trillion! Poland must not neglect to implement the Green Deal, and for its disobedience there are immense financial penalties from the TEU. Therefore, if we should halt wasting tremendous resources on the European Green Deal, leading to the liquidation of many companies, and many Poles to poverty, about the assassination of our freedom not to mention, the only solution is Polexit.
