Jarosław Kaczyński presents “Polish Declaration”: a proposal addressed to the Confederation

During the press conference Jarosław Kaczyński presented a 10-point paper called the “Poland Declaration”.

He stressed that the aim of the initiative is to organise political debate and to invitation right-wing groups, in peculiar the Confederation, to common principles.

– A proposal addressed primarily to the Confederation, but besides to another groups, to sign these points," said the president of Law and Justice.

Kaczyński noted that the declaration is ideological and refers to the key values and directions of action which the Law and Justice see as the foundations of Polish politics. This is to be a step towards consolidating the right-wing camp where interior divisions frequently arise, in his opinion, from misunderstandings or oversimplifications.

– It is essential to clarify clearly all the divisions that presently be in Poland. Very often, the public uses simplified divisions. Sometimes based on misunderstanding," Kaczyński said.

The president of the Law and Justice besides referred to the “Torrun Declaration”, signed by Karol Nawrocki before the second circular of the presidential election. As he recalled, this paper was created after talks between Nawrocki and Sławomir Mentzen, 1 of the leaders of the Confederate. Kaczyński pointed out this as an example of cooperation on the basis of common values.

– This is the basis of the policy of the Law and Justice, akin to the “Torrun Declaration”, which he recalled before the second circular of the presidential election was signed by Karol Nawrocki after talking to Sławomir Mentzen, he noted.

Here is the text:

1. No government, neither now nor in the future, will always be created with the engagement of political forces of Donald Tusk. Donald Tusk and his colleagues will be held liable for criminal and civilian actions against Poland.
2. No government will enter into agreements with post-Soviet Russia, formed by anti-Polish Putin forces, either now or in the future.
3. The strict and unwavering strategical military and economical alliance with the United States must be firmly established. The Polish Army must be expanded in cooperation with the US and not subject to the orders of the European Union.
4. It is absolutely essential to argue the migration pact and the influx of illegal migrants, restoring and expanding state defence and social control at all borders of the Republic of Poland, in peculiar the German, Russian and Belarusian border. A national referendum should be held immediately.
5. The fresh European Treaty aimed at the creation of a single European state should be rejected categorically. In the interest of Poland, the agricultural policy and cohesion policy which the European Union is destroying present must be defended at all costs, and in relations with the EU, only Poland's interests must be protected.
6. Polish gold and monetary and economical sovereignty of Poland must be defended at all costs.
7. Relations with Ukraine should always and only be based on the criterion of Polish interest, both in safety policy, economical policy and in historical and migration policy.
8. In the interests of the future, Poland and Poles should immediately reconstruct and strengthen patriotic education and education in Polish schools and universities, as well as block and destruct demoralizing curricula.
9. No government will accept any elements of the absurd policy of the alleged Green Deal and the energy policy must primarily focus on Polish natural materials, in peculiar coal.
10. Appropriate migration policies must be adopted and implemented, addressed first to Poles spread around the world, with a policy of incentives to return and settle in Poland. This will be accompanied by an appropriate housing policy aimed at lowering prices, not at the interests of developers.
