Jarosław Kaczyński's position as the right-wing master and ruler is clearly weakening. The president of PiS is having problem with respective sides at erstwhile today: civilian war is on the emergence in his party, and beyond that, there are increasingly reports that he is no longer seen as the leader of the right. Moreover, he was declassed by president Karol Nawrocki – a politician he had previously anointed and introduced to the game.

This change is confirmed by the results of the latest SW investigation poll for "Rzeczpospolita". The Poles were asked, "Who do you think is the leader of the Polish right today?" and... the president of the Law and Justice Office has no reason to be happy.

Jarosław Kaczyński is no longer the leader of the right? The fresh poll leaves no doubt

The highest indications were given to Karol Nawrocki, who as the leader of the right hand pointed to 28.9% of respondents. Only in second place was Jarosław Kaczyński with a score of 19 percent.

The 3rd was Sławomir Mentzen (9.1%), followed by Grzegorz Braun (6.2%) and Krzysztof Bosak (4.7%). The consequence of the "other policies" was chosen by 2.4 percent of respondents, while 29.5% of respondents do not have an opinion on this issue.

– Karol Nawrocki considers all 4th female (26%) and all 3rd man (32%) as the leader of the right hand. The president is now a key figure of the right according to more than 1 3rd of the people (35%) between 35 and 49 years old and somewhat higher percent of respondents (37%) whose income is higher than PLN 7000 net. This conviction is shared by almost 4 out of 10 respondents (38%) from cities of between 20,000 and 99 1000 inhabitants – Justyna Sobczak, elder task manager at SW investigation commented.

There's a war on in the Law and Justice, and Charles Nawrocki is getting stronger.

The poll results fit into the narrative, which increasingly appears besides in the statements of the ruling camp politicians. Last week Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated explicitly that "Jarosław Kaczyński lost his position as leader of the Polish right and seems to be definitely". “His almost cult in the Law and Justice has disappeared and has actually become a past,” added the head of the government.

While Karol Nawrocki consistently builds his image as a hard, uncompromising politician, Kaczynczski must put out the fire in his own party. There is already an open civilian war in the PiS, in which there are 2 factions: the environment associated with Mateusz Morawiecki and a group referred to as "majlars", represented, among others, by Jack Sasin, Przemysław Czarnek and seemingly Jack Kurski.

Against this background the increasing position of Nawrocki – the president from the PiS camp, but operating present above organization divisions – further weakens the position of the president. If this trend continues, the arrangement of forces on the Polish right can change faster than many in the Law and Justice would like to admit it.
