"We have agreed that we will conduct a dialog on safety at a higher level – with the engagement of the management of abroad and defence ministers for further exchange of information and cooperation in the field of security", said Iwaya during a joint conference with the abroad Minister of Ukraine Andrij Sybiha. "The aim is to strengthen the dialog on safety issues at the highest level between Ukraine and Japan," said Andrii Sybiha. Japan's Minister, quoted by Interfax-Ukraine, assessed the situation as "very disturbing". In his opinion, it will have negative effects not only in Ukraine, but besides in East Asia.
