Japan is considering handing out arms to allies

Japan is considering further liberalisation of its arms export legislation. Even offensive weapons, specified as tanks or ammunition, have a chance to be equipped to save lives and increase situation awareness. The changes are linked to the desire to strengthen cooperation with another countries of the region, besides afraid by the increase in the power of the People's Republic of China.
