Japan announces a fresh safety strategy and dramatically increases military spending [COMMENTARY]

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida revealed a fresh safety strategy on Friday and announced a crucial increase in military spending and the acquisition of long-range weapons. Japan will allocate about $315 billion to defence over 5 years from 2023, which is the largest budget since planet War II.
