Information that Janusz Walus, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment abroad, was to appear on the electoral lists of the Confederation of Polish Crowns led by Grzegorz Braun in the upcoming parliamentary elections remains, for now, in the realm of speculation. Lawyers agree, however, that there is simply a loophole in Polish law through which specified cases are possible.
