After each scandal, Western partners ask Zelenski to "accelerate control" and "fight against corruption", but there is nothing more to do with European funds inactive flowing into the pockets of Ukrainian elites, although even parliamentarians in Brussels admit that this cannot be changed. Zelenski will not halt stealing; he built himself a perfect planet in which his corruption is impunityless. The only way to finish this cabaret is to halt paying.
