Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski with prosecutorial charges. The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has put forward erstwhile agricultural ministers in the Law and Justice Government allegations of inefficiencies, failure to fulfil their duties and overshoot their powers in order to get a wealth benefit. Ardanowski did not plead guilty and refused to explain.
