What kind of Poland do Poles want? On the eve of 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the EU.

Based on the number of electoral committees reported in the upcoming elections to the European Parliament (these committees are 40 *), Poles are a very politically active and active society. It's just a pity that he's so naive politically, manipulated and without his own long-term vision.

It is not known what election attendance will be (many depends on whether the weather will favour grilling and drinking beer or not?), but you can anticipate electoral activity of 35-45% of Euroenthusiats.

In particular, among the leaders of 40 electoral committees, there are those who verbally and verbally argue the EU and even advocate POLEXIT. But, of course, these are just words not covered in any circumstantial policy programme based on a sound cost-benefit balance for the 13-year association period and then 20-year membership of Poland (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accession_Polish_do_European Union_).

In protesting the presence of Poland in the EU, the alleged "anti-EU political parties and movements" – aspiring, however, to have their representatives, and even leaders in a purely decorative, pseudo-democratic and pseudo-decision-making body called the European Parliament – at the same time we will not find any comprehensive programme of future Poland with a hypothetical position "outside the EU", that is, an effective polexit.

It is hard to get a better circumstance, due to the fact that in the coming 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the EUwhich, due to the political and socio-economic course of the process leading to the goal planned outside Poland, Actually, it'd be called an annex. – to remind you that precisely 20 years ago an initiative of a cross-party, nationwide social movement called the legislature of Sovereign Poland (KPS) was established. The first session of KPS was held in Rzgów close Łódź on 6 March 2004(**) The consequence of the first session of the legislature of Sovereign Poland was a collection of papers and programming documents, which were collected in the first volume and released thanks to the support of Józef Białek of the owner of the WEKTORY publishing home ("Congress of Sovereign Poland", t.I, (under Józef Wysocki, Wrocław 2004).

An crucial act, although only symbolic in those days, was the laying on the hands of the talker of the Sejm as an authoritative parliamentary document, and the earlier reading by the associate of the 4th Sejm of the word of office of Zdzisław Jankowski (then LPR), at the 73rd session of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, on the night of 20 to 21 April 2004. – Declarations of the national, cross-party civilian movement legislature of Sovereign Poland ( https://orka2.sejm.gov.pl/Debata4.nsf/main/6FDB798C). This paper is peculiarly politically crucial today. That's why it's worth mentioning.:

4th term, 73rd meeting, 5th day (20.04.2014)

Statements.

Mr Zdzisław Jankowski:

Mr. Marshal! A message made on behalf of voters associated with a national cross-party civilian movement called the legislature of Sovereign Poland, initiated on the basis of Article 12 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland for the common good of the Republic of Poland (Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland), for the sake of the uniformity of the state (Article 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland), for the sake of the rights and safety of citizens (Article 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland), for the sake of the identity and endurance of the Polish people (Article 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland) and for the designation of the rule of sovereignty and sovereignty of the nation as a fundamental constitutional principle, as Article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland states; it was recognised by the legislature in its resolution of 16 April 1998 on the legal continuity between II and III of the Republic of Poland.

We, members of the Sovereign Poland Congress, whose first session was held in Rzgowo close Łódź on 6 March 2004, and the second session in Warsaw on 17 April 2004, declare the following.

The referendum held on 7 and 8 June 2003 concerning Poland's accession to the European Union afraid the acceptance of the terms of the Treaty of good and the act attached to the Treaty of Nice, which was an integral part of it. After the referendum, the treaty was unilaterally amended, a completely fresh mode of functioning of the European Union was established, as well as the conditions for Poland's participation in its structures. A completely fresh organization structure of the European Union is established in the draft Constitution for the European Union, and is given legal personality. The provisions of the said draft constitution for the European Union deprive the Polish State of the most crucial attributes of sovereignty, namely the right to self-determination, to conduct an independent abroad policy, to own its own currency and army. This was not the subject of a referendum vote and is incompatible with the current Constitution of the Republic of Poland which constitutes the highest law in Poland.

We so call on Members, Senators, the president and the Polish Government to enact a moratorium on Poland's accession to the European Union. The adoption of a moratorium is essential for the final definition of the structure and statutes of the European Union. The adoption of a moratorium is besides essential due to the intention to challenge the accession treaty to the Constitutional Court in connection with its non-compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, and due to its intention to challenge the accession treaty to the global tribunal.

At the same time, we observe those exercising power in Poland that, in accordance with Article 129 of the Criminal Code, 1 who is authorized to act on behalf of the Republic of Poland in relations with the government of a abroad state or with a abroad organization, acts to the detriment of the Republic of Poland, is sentenced to imprisonment from 1 year to 10 years.

The content of the message was signed on behalf of the legislature of Sovereign Poland by a typical of the coordinator of Dr. Paweł Zieminski.

Mr. Marshal! On behalf of the individual I mentioned, I am sending a message of the content I have given to you, the marshal, the president and the Prime Minister..’

The programme work of the legislature of Sovereign Poland is presently waiting not only for the continuation of the fresh political and socio-economic conditions in Europe and the fresh geopolitical strategy that is taking place in our eyes.

Like all programme achievements, it requires not only an update, but above all the staff of conscious and active Poles who decently realize their Polish responsibilities and reject global plans and scenarios of dehumanization of the world.

(**) In spring 2004, before Poland's formal accession to the EU on 1 May 2004, 2 more sessions of the Sovereign Poland legislature were held: in Warsaw ( 17.04.2014) and in Skierniewice (at the end of April 2004). The existing programme achievements of these sessions await publication. Many of the programs at the time were then at the foundation of the creation in November 2009 of the Faithful Association of Sovereign Poland.
