How can you not be afraid of school?

At the educational center where I work, a large proportion of the subjects are affected by school anxiety. The beginning of first class work is usually a painful collision with teenagers who fear teachers. They don't look into the eyes, they lie, they run away, they furiously curse in desperate attacks. It's all out of fear. It's a duress. How can you not be afraid of school?
