How will Putin usage the Moscow bombing?

On 24 March in Krasnogorsk close Moscow, the bombers entered the performance hall, where they opened fire on the audience. We hear from Moscow that more than 130 people died in the bombing. In early March, the U.S. embassy warned that the Russian capital, Moscow, might be threatened by an extremist attack. The Russian authorities and the services have underestimated these warnings, and in order to prove their origin after the attack they will print a movie depicting suspects of the bombing who were detained after escaping the scene. Shortly after these events, the Russian rocket entered Polish airspace, thus located above Polish territory. This is another Russian rocket in Poland. In consequence to her flight, Russian ambassador to Poland, Sergei Andreyev was called to the Ministry of abroad Affairs. The Russian ambassador refused to appear, and shortly thereafter Radosław Sikorski reported that Andreyev had left Poland.
