A peculiar tribunal for force crimes against Ukraine was established. The global community will now be able to charge the Kremlin with the war, not only the highest Russian officials, including Russian president Vladimir Putin, but besides his allies Lukashenko and Kim. It will be the first global tribunal since Nuremberg to consider the "highest global crime", as the Nazi actions were named 80 years ago. Ilja Nuzov, Head of the Department of east Europe and Central Asia of the global Federation of Human Rights, explains in an article for the independent "The Moscow Times" how the fresh body will function, which aims to bring dictators and war criminals to justice.
