How will the end of the war in Ukraine affect arms smuggling?

In order to better realize the different options for developments and the dangers resulting from them, the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) organised a conference in Brussels, where 3 scenarios related to the future of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict were analysed**. The following options of the future were considered: the peace agreement, the impasse conflict (the alleged frozen conflict) and the decisive triumph (Ukraine or Russia).
