Israel is presently active in 4 directions: Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and the West Bank. According to Israeli communications, 150 Hamas terrorists were killed as of March 18, erstwhile the armed actions were resumed. In turn, the Palestinian side talks about almost 1,000 victims. Breaking the truce is simply a natural consequence of the failure to enter into force of the envisaged phase II, as after Hamas released that part of the kidnapped hostages, which was anticipated in phase I, the informal extension of the truce took place from Israel's position "free". This generated additional criticism at Netanjah.
