Israel may be committing genocide in Gaza. But the demolition of Jews was not genocide

The global Court of Justice has stated that genocide may happen in Gaza. Now the MTS will gotta deal with the question of intent, which is fundamental to the decision of genocide. I would not be amazed if any of Israel's military actions in Gaza were war crimes or against humanity, which would surely be easier to prove. However, even the most outrageous quotes from the authorities are not adequate to establish their intention: action and orders are needed.
