"Not socialism failed, but deficiency of socialism"

The martial law is not just tanks on the streets, ZOMO packs and underground activities. It is besides a language of propaganda directed to Poles. A language showing the actual face of those who utilized it. The next anniversary of martial law makes it hard to remember this language in a tiny part. Or may it even compare with the transmission of power we are dealing with today?

All the quotes presented below are fragments of the authoritative speeches of the communist ducks (Jaruzelski, Kiszczak, Rakowski), which took place since 13 December 1981. They come from the words of those who, after the alleged systemic transformation, were frequently created as national heroes, earned in the fight to save Poland from the russian invasion. It is worth reminding, especially those who, despite a comparatively short period of time separating us from those dreary events, have completely forgotten what communism was and what harm – political, economical and moral – it has done to our country.

* * Oh, * *

“(...) Under the protection of martial law, a gradual return to the average functioning of the state and the national economy is carried out."

“(...) In this work, the party's people have a peculiar role. In order to successfully carry out its leading mission, to work fruitfully with allied forces, it must be based on righteous, modest, and courageous people. Those who, in all environment, deserve the designation of social justice fighters."

“(...) The nation is unpartisan in its mass. We organization members are just part of it. We know that we cannot make him happy by force, in isolation from a peculiar social reality. But we do not want to accept this reality passively."
“(...) Our ideology is 1 and only one. 1 is socialism: Marxist-Leninian".

“(...) We will purify the eternal surviving sources of our thought of deformation and distortion. defend the universal values of socialism by constantly enriching them with national elements and traditions. In this way, socialist ideals will become closer to most people, to the unpartisan people of work, to the young generation. And besides to the healthy, especially the working, trend of “Solidarity” which will by its own forces and in its own interests remove the prophets of confrontation and counter-revolution from each other."

“(...) What we cannot accept and what we must respond to ideologically, politically and, if necessary, by legal and state means is the continuation of opposition activities."

“(...) In this situation, inaction would be a crime against the nation. You gotta say: enough!’

“(...) The Polish soldier, our grandson, son, brother, bone of bone, blood of our people, stood on the watch of order and order in the Republic. He did not stand against the nation, and in his defence."

“(...) The law must be firmly restored to the civilian sense of law, to the principles of socialist morality, to the aspirations of society. We must guarantee that we return to absolute law enforcement, to the individual work of everyone without exception for our immoral acts. Socialism failed not in Poland, but deficiency of socialism. We must renew the class character of our country. Strengthen the function of workers and peasants, included in modern organizational and legal forms."

“(...) Along with millions of citizens reasoning realistically and patrioticly, acting constructively, there are besides people who consciously and deliberately embark on a holy war against folk power. We inform political militants: all violation of the law will meet with a decisive consequence from the authorities."

“(...) The opponent says socialism is unreformable. That's not true. Socialism is reformable in the best sense of the word."

“(...) Authors and performers of criminal scenarios will not stay unpunished. The vast majority of the population is against them. We will not let anyone trample on the interests of the state and the people."

“(...) Our decisions and actions must be hard, even harsh, but in each individual case understandable to the workers, to all men of work, fair, unbiased morally. They must be primal and at the same time profoundly humanistic, proving our religion in man. He is not a good communist who does not believe that man cannot change.”

“(...) Hopes to reverse events in Poland are a dangerous illusion, a dangerous mistake."

“(...) The course of past cannot be reversed. The Polish United Workers' Party, the Military Council for National Salvation, the government of the Polish People's Republic will not deviate from their fundamental political line under any pressure. Power will not deficiency determination to thwart any counter-revolutionary attack on a democratic state."

“(...) We will uncompromisingly fight the enemies of the socialist state, the leaders of anarchy, the inspirers."

“(...) Anxiety seeders will fail. They won't be helped by any illegal steps, any provocations. Their intention to bring together the alleged underground society in independent, sovereign Poland will be a disaster."

“(...) We have always spoken clearly and without any understatement: counter-revolution will not precede. The controversy did not pass.”

“(...) A martial law does not mean a frost on reforms. We confirm that in action. We are determined, despite all odds, to proceed this way. There can be no retreat from the socialist line of renewal."

“(...) The martial law is not an end in itself."

“(...) The martial law in our country has indeed become an anti-war state."

“(...) People’s power, erstwhile necessary, is harsh erstwhile it can be understood.”
