There are more and more articles on education. Very well, only no of the authors mention the most crucial issue. For education to be effective, there must be a laughter all 10 minutes for 45 minutes. There is no good education without cheer!!!
Making others laughter is very hard and requires a large contribution of work. I have quite a few experience here. erstwhile I have time to prepare a lecture, I spend a fewer hours putting together the jokes that I colour my speech. Jokes look spontaneous, but they're not. I'm not smart adequate to be able to amuse my listeners without prepping.
Very often, however, it is so that I do not have time to come up with witty interludes, I say what I gotta say, but I realize that I wasted listening time even if everything is actually OK.
I have contact with teachers. Many of them are good people, but almost all of them are saddened with no thought that “there is no good education without celebratory.”
If I were Minister of Education, I'd give this command:
Each teacher has to tell his Students something like this:
"This cheerful fresh minister Leszczykowski, or Leszczyński, makes us laughter all 10 minutes. I'm here to make you laugh, but you know I'm sad to power. Besides, I stepped in dog poop today... No, no, I did not step in, only the minister wrote me so that I should say so.”
It's going to go on, just get ready for all lesson.
