ISW warns against optimism. "Russia will attack in the future"

According to the latest report, the American Institute of War Studies (ISW), a possible agreement to frost the front line in Ukraine does not exclude future attacks by Russian troops. The truce would leave part of the Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporosian and Khersonian circuits outside Russia's control, and these territories stay the mark of Vladimir Putin.
