On June 2, the second gathering of delegations from Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul as part of the negotiations initiated by the Trump administration to end the war. The parties exchanged their terms of the ceasefire. The Russian memorandum consists of 3 parts: the principles of the peace settlement, the conditions of the ceasefire, and the order of proceedings.
