The attack of Ukrainian drones on Russian oil pumping plant “Kropotkin” caused serious disruptions in Kazakh oil exports. According to Transnieft data, the transport of natural material through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (KТK) will decrease by 30%. Repair of damaged infrastructure may take up to 2 months, which will affect not only the Kazakh oil sector but besides the global fuel market.
