India break arms ties with Russia? acquisition of S-400 suspended

New Delhi suspended the acquisition of S-400 air defence systems worth over $2 billion. There are besides increasing problems with Russian spare parts for Indian tanks, helicopters, aircraft and submarines. In both cases, the main reason is the deficiency of agreement on payments. India is looking for a way that will not trigger US sanctions, but will not ruin the budget either.
