Three medical vehicles, medical equipment, specialist dressings, heating ovens, medical field beds and winter clothes. This is simply a list of items worth almost half a million PLN, which we bought thanks to the funds received from the Ikano Group including Ikano Bank Polska as part of the worker volunteering run #IkanoHealthWeek. The purchased items were handed over to medical professionals providing assistance in Ukraine and the Ukrainian population in the Kharkiv-Zaporovsk Oblast.

Below we present a summary of the first phase of the activities carried out from November 2022 to February 2023 with a grant received from Groups Ikano and Ikano Bank Polska. Within the framework of the yearly voluntary service #IkanoHealthWeekThe Ikano Group has given us EUR 185 000 to aid Ukraine.
Irresponsible medical vehicles join the Humanosh Med Evacuation fleet
We utilized any of the money we received to buy another 3 vehiclesto be utilized to evacuate the wounded. 1 of them is so-called. Brigade. Since mid-January this year, this vehicle has been utilized by Humanosh Med Evaluation. The ambulance was made on peculiar order of medics. It has 1 seat lying down and 5 sitting down. This allows it to transport more victims at the same time. By 21 February, physicians carried out 18 transports in which 44 sitting and 6 lying patients were evacuated. This number is constantly increasing.Patients go to hospitals in Poland or to abroad facilities in Europe.
Brigade – another ambulance driving within the medical fleet Humanosh Med Evacuation Other 2 vehicles Opel Zafira and Opel Vivaro purchased in the second half of February are already dedicated to utilizing the Humanosh Med Evaluation team. They will carry out somewhat different tasks. Opel Zafira It's a nine-man bus that can Evacuate somewhat injured patients in a sitting position, including persons with disabilities. In turn Opel Vivaro will service the avant-garde team. They're doctors who work in more susceptible areas, close to the front lines..

Opel Zafira bought in February 2023. We aid Ukraine last the winter
From the funds obtained we besides purchased warm, professional winter clothes – jackets, suits. Black outs, which means power outs have plagued Ukrainians for months. That's why we decided to buy besides heating furnaces and smaller heaters for the Ukrainian community in Kharkiv-Zaporowski Oblast. This will surely aid them last the hard winter time.
Bishop PAveł Gonkzaruk, bishop of the Diocese of Kharkov-Zaporosk in Ukraine – among others heating furnaces were there. The parish takes care of many families that remained in their homes in Ukraine.Among the things we bought are besides defibrillator, peculiar medical dressings (so-called tactical stasis) and field beds.
This is not the end of our help. The resources we inactive have will be utilized to equip respective hospitals in Ukraine with medical equipment. We besides want to buy another vehicle to transport humanitarian aid. We'll keep you posted.
