The head of Iran's extraordinary headquarters, General Ali Shadmani, was killed as a consequence of the Israeli fighter attack on Tehran - the Israeli army handed over on Tuesday. Shadmani was promoted to this post 4 days earlier.
Shadmani oversaw both the muslim Revolutionary defender Corps and the army in this function - the Iranian armed forces reported.
The Israeli army reported that the attack became possible by obtaining precise intelligence. Shadmani, according to the Israeli armed forces, was the key individual in charge of Iran's military operations against Israel.
War in the mediate East
The Jerusalem authorities launched a massive attack on Iran on 13 June in the morning, claiming that their mark was atomic and military facilities. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on that day that Tehran had adequate enriched uranium to build 9 atomic bombs. Iran called the attack "a declaration of war" and responded with raids utilizing ballistic missiles on Israel in which 24 people were killed. The Tehran authorities have notified at least 224 deaths.
