Iran's arms industry

The muslim Republic of Iran has been seeking to accomplish the highest possible independency in the economical improvement of its country for years and, above all, in providing it with advanced military possible despite a number of sanctions imposed on it by the United States, the United Nations or the EU (and respective another countries). Tehran, based mainly on its own material and technological resources, is able to supply its own Armed Forces (SZ) with the essential equipment, but besides creates conditions for the export of arms and military equipment.
