The ceremonial transfer of the ship was to take place on 6 February in the port of Bandar Abbas. The ship was formed on the basis of a civilian transport vessel and, according to authoritative information, displaces about 40,000 tonnes. This displacement puts it in the same row as landing helicopters specified as Chinese kind 075 or American kind Wasp. But this is where the similarities end.
