"We are a liable associate of the NPT. Under this treaty, we have (also) common rights. This means that (observance) of the law of 1 side will be the work of the other" - he stressed. He added that membership of the NPT guarantees the freedom of its signatories to "research and improvement and production of uranium", as well as "the legal protection of specified activities by the global Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and method cooperation in improvement programmes".
