Iran: Negotiations with the US impossible unless "certain things change"

In his Sunday speech to Iran's media, Aragchi explained that Iran's doubts about fresh U.S. proposals are not due to "constipation" but to past experiences. At the same time, he stressed that his country does not argue bilateral talks, but that bringing them to them requires - as he stated - the reformulation of American policy towards Tehran.
