Iran vs. USA: War or Deal?

The key to knowing the problem in American-Iran negotiations is to reject the unrealistic presumption that global actors always act rationally. The present state of affairs describes the constructivist paradigm better than the realistic paradigm. Both parties have a circumstantial projection of the another party, as well as its objectives and limitations. Unfortunately, these projections do not necessarily coincide with nonsubjective reality. At the same time, there is an information war around the Iranian atomic program.
