Invitation to Muranów cinema: Warsaw children 44.

Monday 29.07.2024, 6:00 p.m. in Muran cinema peculiar movie show“Warsaw Children ’44” under the patronage of the Kulski Foundation. The movie directed by Jolanta Kessler-Chojecka tells about the destiny of Polish youth and children during the Warsaw Uprising and the full period of German captivity. This is simply a unique evidence to the heroic conflict and suffering of our fellow countrymen.The movie besides included memories of the hero of the uprising, Julian E. Kulski, who shared his experiences with the German occupation. Andrzej Lysakowski and Jan Lompierz will besides tell their memories.

Jolanta Kessler – Chojecka – director, Grzegorz Majchrzak – historian of IPN, Michał Tomasz Wójcik – historian of the Warsaw Uprising Museum, Małgorzata Bogusz – president of the Kulski Foundation

The movie will be followed by a discussion conducted by Jarosław Wojciechowski, with the participation of manager Jolanta Kessler-Chojecka, historian Grzegorz Majchrzak (IPN), historian Michał Wójciek (Warsaw Uprising Museum) and Małgorzata Bogusz, president of the Board of the Kulski Foundation.
