The prosecution refused to initiate an investigation in respective threads of the case of the takeover of Jerzy Z.'s studio by the president-elect Karol Nawrocki and his spouse. Investigators will not examine, inter alia, whether the municipality has been led to an adverse regulation by property or by fraud of a message of untruth in notarial records.
