The scope of mobile telephones in trains is heavy dependent on the structure of railway depots – said Deputy Minister of Digitalism Michał Grammar. In consequence to the interpelling of Mrs Paulina Matysiak, the Deputy Chief of the Ministry besides clarified issues related to the obligations of operators regarding the coverage area for data transmission, as well as the usage of railway infrastructure to build base stations.
