The global Criminal Court (ICC) issued a warrant for the arrest of Russian president Vladimir Putin on Friday. The judges agreed to the prosecution's motion to consider that there were real grounds to believe that Putin was liable for war crimes involving unlawful deportations of children from occupied Ukraine to Russia.
