The network featured a recording made from the deck of a tanker flying the flag of Gabon, and in fact carrying out supplies of Russian oil under the alleged Shadow Fleet. It is not the exact date of the film, but given the current position of the tanker - which I moor off the coast of Gogland Island - the largest island in the Gulf of Finland controlled by Russia, the recording is most likely current.
