Incident over the Baltic Sea. Russian military aircraft intrudes into Polish airspace

On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, a Russian Su-24MR military aircraft violated Polish airspace over the Bay of Gdansk. As reported by the Operational Command of the Armed Forces (DORSZ), the aircraft flew to a depth of 6.5 km and stayed in Polish airspace for 1 minute and 12 seconds. Russian authorities explain the incidental as a failure of the navigation system, but the situation was immediately detected by radar systems and appropriate actions were taken.
