Workers of the military conscript commission in Odski Ode territory beat up a 14-year-old teenager, threatened him with weapons and tried to mobilize him – informed the Ukrainian paper Strana on Sunday.

"In the Izmail territory (Odeski Oblast) TCC staff (Ukrainian name of military commissions – ed.) attempted to mobilize a 14-year-old. They brutally stopped him on the street and threatened with weapons, forced a teenager to enter the bus. But erstwhile they found out the boy was only 14, they abandoned him right on the highway. The teenager had to go home for about 2 hours," says a study published on the Telegram channel of the publication.

According to the publication, the incidental occurred on April 2, but became known only now. It's been reported that a teenager is an orphan, lives with his grandmother. "On the street he had his hands clamped, on the heads of people wearing military uniforms were ski masks with painted jaws" - the publication specifies.

"When the military dragged the boy into a minibus, they began to apply the weapon barrel to his temple and then – to his forehead due to the fact that he resisted. The kid's playing sports, so he reacted self-defense. He started pulling out, and his attackers hit him in the back with an automatic rifle. They beat him and tied his hands with a plastic tie" – the paper quotes the words of the typical of the Oksana Terzi agrarian Council.
He told me about the incidental at school, the paper reports. The villagers turned to the police, prosecutors and ombudsman. There has not yet been an authoritative consequence from the military and law enforcement.

Ukraine has been in martial law since 24 February 2022, the following day Zelenski signed a decree on universal mobilization. Men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving Ukraine during martial law. For evasion of military service during mobilization in the country is punishable by a conviction of up to 5 years. The call can be served in different places.

There have been films showing that it takes place on the streets, gas stations and cafes.

In October Time magazine quoted the assistant Zelenski, who said that the ranks of Ukrainian soldiers had thinned so much that military recruiting offices were forced to join the army of people of an average age of 43. In turn, the fresh York Times had previously reported that Ukraine is trying to recruit more women into the army, indicating that Ukrainian armed forces are suffering massive losses. Moscow had earlier repeatedly said that Kiev intends to proceed the fight "to the last Ukrainian" in the name of Western interests.
