On 23 March 2023, an indictment against Svietlana P. moving a household home in Ukraine and Poland was sent to the Poznań territory Court. The prosecutor accuses her of being bullied with a peculiar cruelty over 10 children.
– The evidence gathered confirmed that the minors under her care [March 2020 to April 2022 – ed.] were beaten, intimidated and humiliated by her. The investigation showed that the accused restricted access to the toilet, as well as to food and drink, in any cases leading to their utmost malnutrition. In addition, utilizing violence, she sexually utilized any of them and passed them on to others to do so – territory Prosecutor's Office in Poznań quotes the portal Voice of Wielkopolska, which indicates that the Ukrainian female of the crimes committed was to make a permanent origin of income.
A household home is simply a form of foster care for orphaned or deprived children and adolescents up to the age of 18, which is organized in natural foster families, in adapted household homes. There are 4 to 8 orphan children in the household home and an indefinite number of biological or adopted children.
The presently accused Ukrainian female is in custody. She's facing 15 years in prison.
