Barbara Nowak, the coordinator of the PiS Movement, is talking about this.
A half-hour conversation with Barbara Nowak on the YouTube channel "White Crow" opens eyes to the manipulation possibilities that conventional vote counting brings, but modern, digital collection and transmission.
The average citizen has no thought how many ways there are in the electoral strategy in Poland (of course not only in Poland) to turn the vote to the side of the 1 who has access to data collection and transmission into algorithms.

Let us remind you that a fewer years ago there was a fear that they were outside the country and that in Russia... Hence the next question, how is this database secured? We have no way to control it, no citizen has it. But we can do something else: make a control strategy at all stage, starting with the local committee. The Election Control Movement, created throughout Poland, will carefully number the votes in all committees. So counting will be double. On the 1 hand, the authoritative transmission of power, and besides the counting of votes throughout Poland in the second circulation by us. If there are differences, we will have proof of electoral manipulation," explains Barbara Nowak. – You gotta look at the power on your hands, this power in particular, and effort to warrant fair elections. It takes thousands of people. Krakow itself is about a group of 1,500 people. But there are no shortages of honest people in Poland who are besides afraid about the destiny of the country.
