The Sejm's Digitization Committee has considered the first bill implementing the provisions of the Digital Services Act in the field of digital services coordinator, access to data of large platforms and fresh dispute resolution mechanisms. The biggest discussion was caused by amendments to the provisions concerning the granting of the position of a trusted signalling entity. There was besides a debate on the second project, which is to introduce tools for blocking illegal content.
