Judge and prosecutor's immunity. Who owns it?

Immunity is granted to judges and prosecutors, besides at rest, but not to erstwhile judges and prosecutors – according to the Wednesday resolution of the extended composition of the Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court. The resolution gives effect to the legal rule.
