The Vice-President of the Court of State, Piotr Andrzejewski, in the issued order, asked Dariusz Barski - dismissed from the function of the National Prosecutor in January 2024 - to take a position which would legalize the prosecution's applications to waive immunity and president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska.
