The Institute of Agricultural and Food Quality (IJHARS) immediately banned the sale of ice cream imported from Ukraine into Poland. The decision afraid a batch of ice cream weighing 1438 kg which was placed on the marketplace by the Poznań branch of IJHARS. The decision issued by IJHARS has the rigor of immediate feasibility. However, the inspection did not state what life-threatening ingredient the ice cream batch brought to Poland from Ukraine had.
The detection of another unfit product in the last fewer days gives grounds to conclude that Ukraine is thus attempting to assassinate the wellness of Polish citizens. Therefore, this issue will be addressed by us to AB to examine the safety of Poles and Poles.
The ban was imposed in the absence of a declaration of sweetener, aspartame, in the composition of ice cream, which was a violation of the rules on the quality of foodstuffs. The implementation of this decision meant that these ice creams could not be sold in Poland. Additionally, the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection (IJHARS) late imposed a punishment of PLN 1.5 million on the importer who introduced method rape and feed wheat from Ukraine as food items to the Polish market.

At the press conference, Chief Inspector of Inspection, Przemysław Rzodkiewicz, reported that the services challenged 3882 tonnes of rapeseed and 7670 tonnes of wheat. The importer changed the usage of method products to consumer products and fabricated the country of origin, which was an infringement.
Przemysław Rzodkiewicz explained that last year IJHARS carried out around 82 000 checks on foodstuffs originating outside the European Union, and in about 1.4% of cases irregularities were reported. The accused company came from Lublin Voivodeship and sold imported goods as consumer products.
Provincial Inspector IJHARS, Agnieszka Jarosińska, informed that the contractors from the Pomeranian and Lublin provinces were deceived, but assured that the contested products were no longer available on the market, adding that they did not pose a threat to wellness or human life.
