Personal evidence and driving licences. Brussels demands change

The European Commission called on Poland to decently implement the EU Public Procurement Directive on Thursday. In her opinion, Poland violates European Union law by giving up tenders erstwhile awarding contracts for the production of public documents, specified as identity cards or driving licences.
